What I'm talking about is when you get a lot of notifications, iOS asks you if you want to add the app to notification summary, or if you want to keep receiving time sensitive notifications.

I appreciated the questions at first, but it keeps asking occasionally even after I said no, and it's getting annoying. I can't find a place to turn this stuff off. Has anyone else managed to?

Welcome to the club. lol No matter how many times I answer yes, I still get the question.
It's a bit infuriating, because FREAKING YES I want to keep getting time sensitive notifications from Reminders, that's the whole point of the app! Otherwise I might forget to pill my cat, and his 19 year old fluffy self needs his meds.

If you are afraid you will miss important reminders like that, I highly recommend the app Due. It will audibly nag you form your phone and watch until you complete the reminder. I realize that that is not what you really want to do but, until Apple fixes this constant yes question, using Due might be a good temporary alternative for the important reminders.
