Is there a way to uninstall java?

Installed it just to see what runescape was like, now want to get rid of it, but cant figure out how.

Thanks. How do you get to those hidden folders though? I followed the instructions to disable it, but, cant find out how to remove java.

I found my way to the javavirtualmachine folder, but theres either nothing in it, or the stuff is hidden.

Anyone know how I can see the invisible files in the javavirtualmachine folder so I can remove java from my mac?
