I submitted an update for an app this afternoon. Literally 2 minutes after I was done I realized I built and uploaded the wrong version, so I ended up submitting a version with partially working code. I don't see anywhere to remove the request in iTunes Connect. I sent an email to the Apple dev email address, but I was wondering if there's a more automatic way I can do this so I can get the correct one updated. It would suck if I have to wait ~4 days for that to get approved/rejected and then upload the new one and wait another ~4 days.

This same thing happened to me. Fortunately it wasn't a critical bug that got out. There's no way to unsubmit. You have to contact Apple (as you did) and tell them to pull the version and hopefully they get to it before it goes out. After that you'll have to repost your correct version and start the wait all over.

I would also change the release notes to something like REJECT ME just to be safe.

Looks like developers now have the ability to "reject binary" in the app manager. Nice. Just did that and uploaded the proper binary.

Yeah, they just added that tonight. Wish I'd had that last week!
