Is there a wireless management app?

Is there an app out there that presents toggles for 3G, GPS/Location services, WiFi, Bluetooth and aeroplane mode on one screen?

I use 3G/WiFi at home, 2G at work and occasionally Bluetooth/GPS all over and flitting around the settings menus bugs me.

No, because Apple does not allow Apps to change settings, save for the push feature.

If you ask over in the iPhone Hacks forum, there are options on jailbreaked iPhones. I think SBSettings is still the one people use but I honestly haven't installed a jailbreak app since 1.1.4...
