I have a 2019 15" MacBook Pro base model. I have several sentences of text I need to copy, and would like to choose which one to paste when need be. Is this possible?

There are multiple clipboard managers around, which create basically "buffer" of items in clipboard. I found them more distracting than useful. You can look in App store or on line and search for clipboard manager. I used Clipbuddy.
If these sentences keep repeating same always, you can setup in System Preferences in Keyboard>Text repalcement for specific letter combination. Default example there is omw which replaces with On my way!

Try the “copied” app.

Copied – Copy and Paste Everywhere by Kevin Chang

There are apps for iOS and macOS.

I personally like the one called Paste. It has both a Mac and iOS version, a sleek UI, good keyboard shortcuts - It’s nice. Currently it’s called Paste 2 I think, but same thing.
