Hi everybody, I'm looking for an app (on the app store or on cydia) that lets me browse my pc, but not like in the VNC apps (where I see the screen, have the mouse, the keyboard,...) but just the folders and the files in them, maybe like in a tree structure.
I mean, an app like Air Sharing but that displays the folders on my pc and potentially lets me copy them wirelessly on my iphone, or just open them (through my home network, not the internet).
For example, if you are familiar with Symbian S60, that would be SymSMB (which works great on my Nokia).

Thanks for your help.

Briefcase will do most of what you want. You can browse networked computers using bonjour, and transfer files across to the phone. What it won't do (and what I'd really like it to do) is to stream video across the network. If you're happy to use a os x app you can achieve that by running iPhone Remote (formerly Telekensis), it works but it's a bit of a fiddle.

Briefcase has a Lite (free) version, as far as I'm aware the paid version is much the same.

Hi,

Try Iphone remote. I used this application once and it was good. Do a google search for iphone remote and you should able to find it through google code.

You can connect to your iphone and pretty much control everything.
