Is there an app to auto silence phone.

I need the sounds to automatically shut off during night and set meeting times. I do turn them off manually but always forget to turn sounds back on. I know my Blackberry did this. Any way to do this on iphone?

Not in the App Store. Can't do that with approved APIs. Maybe JB apps, but I'm not sure.
