I am doing a photo-a-day thing with my camera phone (which is 1.3MP, 3 years old and very battered).

I was wondering if there is a way in which to automate the process of copying the new photos that I've taken with the phone and copy them into an iPhoto event (I use Aperture 2 for the DSLR).

Ideally this process would be done every time the phone is connected (it appears as a mass storage device and the photos are in a folder called Pictures).

To simplify: phone connected > iphoto opens > latest photos copied to event called "Photo a Day" > done.

any ideas? I've tried to make one but I just gave up

I thought about using Flickr but I don't like how it only holds 200 photos unless you upgrade.

How's the photo a day going for you? I'll be starting mine in August.
