I just imported some pics into Photos and do not see a way to do this but I am sure I am just over looking it

M MC6800 macrumors 6502 Jun 29, 2016 369 126 Jun 10, 2017 #4 Open the file with Preview (the default JPG and PDF viewer app) and choose Tools > Adjust Size... > Percent. Or if you're doing a lot of them you could easily make an Automator workflow using Photos > Scale Images.
