Is there an easy way to upgrade a startup hard disk?

Hey gurus,

Just a quick question....my 60 GB startup drive is getting a little crowded, mostly because of my vast iTunes catalog. I want to swap it out with a larger drive, and I've got a 200 GB ready to go (although it's only formatted to 120 because of the size limitations).

Is there an easy, elegant way of doing this having to redo everything, like settings for applications, reauthorizing all my AU plugins for Logic, etc.? Anyone have any ideas?
