I'm running an older Mac and suddenly started having some mail issues with my iCloud Mail account. It looks to me like this is an Apple issue, not my Mac!!

"Original-envelope-id: 0NMY00ITYQHHVH30@st11p00im-asmtp002.me.com
Reporting-MTA: dns;st11p00im-asmtp002.me.com (tcp-daemon)
Arrival-date: Fri, 17 Apr 2015 18:10:32 +0000 (GMT)

Original-recipient: rfc822;twXXXXX@comcast.net
Final-recipient: rfc822;twXXXX@comcast.net
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (Rejection greeting returned by server.)
Remote-MTA: dns;mx1.comcast.net (TCP|17.172.80.96|54196|96.114.157.80|25)
Diagnostic-code: smtp;554 resimta-po-04v.sys.comcast.net comcast 17.172.80.96
Comcast requires that all mail servers must have a PTR record with a valid
Reverse DNS entry. Currently your mail server does not fill that requirement.
For more information, refer to: http://pos"

I don't think I should have to pay for a support incident just to report this!!

Thanks in advance.

Never mind. Must have been just a temporary glitch. I was getting delivery status fails from Comcast addresses and Gmail addresses .... but all are working fine now.

Weird.

This seems to be a trick spam email message trying to fool Mac users! Unless you are actively speaking with a Mac Support Tech disregard those emails out of the blue.
