Is there an JB App for creating/managing setting profiles?

Specifically, I am looking for something that will allow me to create setting profiles with details such as 3g on/off, GPS on/off, and wifi on/off in addition to the usual volume, ring, etc settings?

aTimeTool from mcleaner.com will do some of what you may be looking for. As far as I know, there's not a single JB app that will do everything, you might have to use a combination of 2 to get almost everything working the way you want.
