Yes of course. The best ones are BeejiveIM, eBuddy and IM+

Is there a MSN messenger app that keeps you logged in, with push and also lets you message offline contacts that have their phone linked to their msn (setting the mobile number with their msn account so when offline messages go to their phone and you see them as mobile contacts on your buddy list)?
