Is there any ad blocker where you can choose which site is blocked?

so generally I want websites to show me ads but on some sites I want to block them.
Is there any blocker with a black list instead of whitelist?

I've used 1Blocker before, and it seems like it supports both whitelists, and blacklists (which they call "Block URLs" under the configurable section of the app). I haven't tested that particular feature though, so no promises.

I saw that in the options there, and while I haven't used it either, reading the description it sounded like that option would be more to completely block access to some URL or set of URLs vs. apply content blocking on those.
