Is there any freeware/shareware Blu-ray authoring app?

I need to author a video Blu-ray to play in a standalone player. It doesn't need any fancy menus or anything, I literally only need burn the one copy, and I'm never likely to need to do this again, so I'd prefer something freeware or shareware. Is there anything like that available for OSX?

Roxio Toast 16 would be my choice, though it is basic.
