iPhone Is there any iPod/Music app tweaks to add songs to a playlist more easily?

If I want to add a song to a playlist its pretty awful, you also don't even get to play the song you want you have to remember the name. Is there an easier way to add songs to a created playlist on the fly?

I've heard about bridge but I don't know how that works or are there any bugs with that tweak and iOS 6

Cyueue was just released by Saurik not long ago. It might just be what your looking for. It makes its own playlist though I think.
