As in title: there is any way to jailbreak iPhone 4s with iOS 9.3.5? I've been searching but found only some methods that requires registration (also they are only partial JB) is there any trusty method to do partial/full JB of iP 4s iOS 9.3.5?

No, there is no jallbreak for iOS 9.3.5 at all. Anything that claims to be is fake...period.
No such thing as a 'partial' jailbreak. It's either jailbroken or it's not.
But…double no.
First no is that there is no jailbreak for 9.3.4 to 9.3.5. Second no is that the two jailbreaks before that were for 64-bit devices only. So, even if there WERE a jailbreak for 9.3.5 (which there is not) it would likely be for 64-bit devices only. Your 4s is a 32-bit device.
The Pangu jailbreak for 9.0.2 is the last available jailbreak for 32-bit devices.
