Is there any program to route iPhone calls through computer?

So I need to be able to have a phone call through my computer's headset while I'm playing a game.

E.g. a direct substitute for Ventrillo, TeamSpeak, etc. [don't ask]

Is there any program that can route my iPhone calls to/from my computer via USB?
