Not unless there's a tweak that can hack a site's servers. All of that info is stored on the servers of the sites you visit, not on your phone.

It deppends if they have tracing you by the Cookies file or by IP Address.
If it is the first case , you can bypass this restriction by deleting cookies, if it is the second case only chaning you can solve the problem by changing you IP address.
