Yes. At the end of the address bar you see the circular arrow? Hit that and that will refresh the page.

I know you can clear the cache and history, but don't know about refresh. YOu can bookmark too, but you probably already know that.

(Or just switch to another tab for a couple of seconds. The cache on this thing is dismal )
