It seams that some steam games hasn't updated to 64 bit to work in Catalina.

If not, How do you go back to Mojava ?

Making 32-bit programs work in Catalina is a pain in the neck and not future-proof. If you want to run that software, then you should run it in macOS Mojave or another operating system (like Windows on Boot Camp).

You can restore a backup from Time Machine if you have one or install macOS Mojave on a new APFS volume. If you tell me which route you would like to go, I can give you further help.

I think I will go with clean installation of Mojava and return to Catalina when I have to , And I don't have a backup.

I am only concerning about the System preferences setting I made in Catalina, How can i have the same setting on my OS now and move it to Mojava ?

I got Mojava installer from the App Store, this one : Mojave
Is that the right one ?

Yes, the App Store is the only source. Apple has a guide for installation on a separate APFS volume here: https://support.apple.com/HT208891.
No, I mean clean installation on Macintosh HD and downgrade to Mojava.

It's not just for the 32bit apps, I think my Mac (2018 13inch MBP) is running hotter then in Mojava.

And is there a way to have my current system preference setting the same when downgrading to Mojave ?

Then you just have to format the whole disk and install Mojave on it.

No. That is a time-consuming and error-prone process. You have to move over your files manually and set up the installation as new. Hence the phrase clean install.
