Is there any way to transfer all pictures from my Android phone to my iPhone through WiFi or cellular data without using a USB cable and working through computer?

Note: I need the original pictures from one device to another, not the compressed or degraded one.

What's the use case? Are you moving from Android to iPhone? If so, then this should work... https://support.apple.com/HT201196

You'll need to reset the iPhone if you already started setting it up.

Otherwise, you can use some cloud storage, like Dropbox or OneDrive to get them over.

The only thing I can think of is using the Android to iOS migration app from Apple or using a cloud service like DropBox.

I use Telegram, mSD w/ dongle, or Cloud account to do that.
I transfer both directions.

mSD w/ dongle mostly when traveling

Obviously Telegram will compress the original Photos. The key of my question is to keep the photo original in size and information, otherwise, I wouldn't have asked this question here.

Ahhhh
For that I use a dongle especially for my RAW stuff.
Only pain point is lightning for my 13PM and USB C for everything else.

I have a local wifi SSD I store backups on - finished material.
I am experimenting with Proton Drive at the moment.

Easiest, use Google Photos (set upload size for original quality). You have 15GB for free. Turn it on and Let Google Photos on your Android to upload the photos. And then simply open Google Photos app on your iPhone using the same Google account.

Alternatives that I use:
- send anywhere. Decent for few and small file transfers.
- USB OTG. Format a USB drive using exFAT, connect it to the Android and copy your photos manually using a file manager. Then use a lightning to USB adapter and import the photos to your iphone. Good for large amount of photo library.
