iPhone Is there Cydia for iPhone 5 10.3.3

To have Cydia you need to be jailbroken.
To be jailbroken you need to be on a firmware that is jailbreakable AND have a model of iPhone that the jailbreak will work on.
You have neither.
iPhone 5 is 32-bit. The last 32-bit jailbreak was for iOS 9.1.
iOS 10.3.3 is not jailbreakable. If it was, you'd still have a 32-bit device that cannot be jailbroken.
Not going to happen either way.
Anything you find that says so is fake.

What about here, it’s a Pangu Jailbreak (if you scroll down to the blue section) it lists in the supported devices “iPhone5/5C/5S”: http://en.9.pangu.io. They also have it at the same site here: http://en.7.pangu.io.
Well…you said your iPhone 5 was on 10.3.3.
The first URL is for iOS 9. The second is for iOS 7.
If you are truly on 10.3.3 then you cannot use either one.
