Is there Leopard preinstalled on new MBPros?

...or do they just give the Leopard disks along with the new MBPros? Where do i want to conclude? Well if Leopard is preistalled then the MBP that you get is on of the newest manufactured MBPros, meaning then if would prolly not thave the yellowing issue... crazy huh, but what if its true?
On the other hand, if they just give a Leopard disk along with the sealed MBP then the laptop could be manufactered old enough to have the yellowing issue!
Still sounds crazy i guess... me and my ideas!

Nothing preinstalled. You get Tiger and Leopard for the same price

Got my 17" MBP yesterday and it had the Leopard slip-in upgrade CD.

Upgrade cd? so it has tiger preinstalled in and a Leopard upgrade cd in the sealed box or do they just give you that cd on hand?
