I noticed that 2 finger tap is utilized for zooming in Lion, and that there are a lot more prominent action menus in Finder and other apps.
So my question is, is there a secondary click in Lion, and how do you activate in on the trackpad?
 
Zooming is double-tap (one finger twice), like on iOS. Two finger tap is the same as before.

EDIT: Actually double tap with two fingers zooms. Just figured that out. I was wondering why it didn't work most of the time. A single tap with two fingers still brings up the contextual menu without any noticeable delay.

Have you taken a look at the Trackpad Preferences?

The same way as in Snow Leopard: Use two fingers and click on the trackpad. Lion is very good at recognizing the different gestures and what to do.
 
Double tap works too. It's featured in the gestures video on the Lion page.
 
Speaking of two finger gestures. A two finger swipe to the left or right in Safari now functions like hitting the Back or Forward buttons to flip through the window's history. My question: if two finger swiping activates Back/Forward, how can you pan/scroll around a webpage that is bigger than the window? That should also be a two finger swipe. How does Lion know the difference?
 
If it's anything like Preview it would scroll to the edge and then to the other page.
