Is there "rotation" option for displays in ML?

You can do this by opening System Preferences, then selecting 'Displays' while holding down the 'option (alt)' and 'cmd' keys. You should be presented with an additional drop-down box with these options.

That drop down is available for me without having to hold any additional keys.

Hah!

I don't need option for a rotation drop-down either (you seem to be getting it for your internal display though, I have an external one and the internal one won't budge either with or without option) but thanks to you I noticed that in fact the 'Detect Displays' button still exists, it's just hidden behind the 'gather windows' button and requires alt to be pressed to show it.

I use that button a lot in my work so yay!
