I recently setup a custom domain email through my iCloud+ and I can't see anywhere where I can set the signature for just that email. In all the signature settings on my iPhone and Mac it just shows one signature for all of iCloud. Can this seriously be missing? I find it hard to believe that they allow you to make multiple email addresses with multiple custom domains but you can't set a signature for each email.

You can only have one signature per account/domain, but not several for one domain. It sounds like you realised this already, but just in case:

On iOS, go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Signature. When there you can setup either one signature for all accounts, or separate for each account.

What’s weird is I don’t see an option to set a signature for my custom domain. It just shows one iCloud signature and that’s it.

Yes, that seems to be the limitation: Only one signature per account – one for Gmail, one for O365, one for iCloud (even if there are several custom domains connected to iCloud).

For me I have two Gmail accounts and one iCloud account, so I can have three signatures. I have two custom domains emails connected to iCloud, but still it is only possible to have one signature for all those three (1 iCloud + 2 custom domain emails).
