I just sent in my third iPhone today:mad:

the first one had stuck pixels and the stupid grid on the 7 series.....

I drove 1 1/2 hours to get the second one.....the screen was a 7 series and was GREAT, but that piece of s**t started freezing up like crazy with no solution to resolve the problem......

I did the over-the-phone deal the next time around, I got the service phone, the screen was great(5 series)....it performed great.....it was a good one....

then I get my actual phone back 2 days later....it performed very well......but the screen was the worst one I've every seen(5 series).....on full brightness and with a black image dislayed, IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS LOOKING AT A CLEAR NIGHT'S SKY!!! I say there were like 50 or more tiny stuck pixels:mad:

my question or reason for the topic is to see how many people have perfect screens or not, is it possible to get a perfect screen?....chime in and let me know

this time I said screw your service phone because it might be a gem again.....and I would be even more pissed if I get another POS

I had this problem with Sony PSP's....had three, the screens sucked on 2, and the one that had a good screen had a screwed up disc drive.....

but my brother bout one and his is awesome, and a friend of mine has a perfect one.....

I feel like I have no luck with electronics..........oh yea, I had the same thing with my RAZR......had to get 4 before I had a good one.

50 or more stuck pixels? Okay, you HAVE to show us pictures of this. I realize people complain about Apple's poor quality control, but I'm having trouble believing this.

Either mine's perfect, or I simply don't obsess over mine.

This is what my screen looks like
. The specs are just dust on the glass surface. Maybe you can find some flaws on that screen, but I can't.

::knock on wood:: my screen is perfect! keep trying!

yup, I'm at that point now....i told Apple that too, I'm gonna keep sending them back until I get a GEM!:D

it sucks using my SLVR now......I try to touch the screed and wait for it to light up when I pull it away from my ear....lol

Sounds like someone has a little OCD when it comes to screens. I have never had a bad screen on anything, guess I just don't care or look hard enough. The screen will work just the same if it has one stuck pixel.

I wouldn't lie.....it's only when you have the brightness all the way up.....it seriously looks like a star field......I've had 4(including service phone) and I'm telling you this one was f***ed

when the brightness was on a resonable level I could see a couple.....I wasn't gonna return it until they dropped the price, so I'm getting me a perfect iPhone....ya dig

call it what you want.....i don't pay money to look at white dots....especially when I've seen flawless screens.....one or two is exceptable, like I said my second iPhone had a great screen but it froze up every 5 minutes

Have you really? Or did you just not use them long enough to discover the "flaws?"

Not to be accustaory, but after your experience with the RAZR (which by the way, I've NEVER heard of ANY bad screens on RAZRs until now) and the PSP, I have to think something else is up here.

the RAZR issue was the camera...i got a new one and it had a bubble on the screen, the next one was great and I had it for a while......the RAZR screens were good

The PSP was just one of those things I guess, I got a Nintendo DS and it is perfect.....I have an iMac, it is perfect

I'm just hoping a get a good one now, it should be
