Well, he said PPC Mac Mini, so I'm guessing he meant the "silent update" 1.5Ghz G4? If so, no, as far as I know there is no 2GB chip that will fit it. The RAM for it only goes up to 1GB.

THey doubled the ram slots on the Intel mini? I somehow thought that my mini (yes it is the silent upgrade PPC 1.5ghz with bluetooth 2.0/APX/Superdrive) -- newly purchased -- had two ram slots. Kinda bummed I can only go to 1gb of ram.
PPS
Guys, even though the price is high, why wouldn't this work in my 1.5 silent upgrade PPC mac mini's one ram slot?
Well, for 1, it's ECC. Also, the firmware will only see a 1GB chip. And yeah, in the PPC model there was only room for 1 full size stick. In the Intel model, there's room for 2 laptop size chips.
