Is this bug normal in sequoia 15.2?
If you watch at the menu bar (in the move below), you can see after switching from full-screen the apple icon is there as normal, but the right part of menu bar appears suddenly.

MacBook Air m2.
installed os from App Store (had some interrupts during download could it be the reason??)

I don't see this behavior on 15.2. When I switch away from the full screen, the right side of menu bar is fully rendered without any delay.

I'm a little confused by your full-screen display. There is space made for the menu bar, but the contents are hidden. When I set my menu bar to automatically hide, the full-screen app extends to the very top of the screen.

Are you using any application that modifies the menu bar behavior?

The second part is okay, I have m2 air the top notch is the reason.
But it seems my installation is bad or somewhat

I noticed increased battery usage, slow rendering widget animations when switching pages and all these things. And the annoying thing is when I switch between light mode and dark mode, the smooth animation of the change is gone and the change happens suddenly.
What of these have you experienced?

But during installation there wasn't any errors, I just downloaded the OS in 3 days.
What is your device?
Have you any ideas?

OK. I see that behavior when using my laptop which has a notch. To see it I have to set "Automatically hide and show the menu bar" to "In Full Screen Only". So, when in full screen the menu bar is hidden, leaving a empty space. When I switch to non full screen, the menu bar has to render and it has a delay showing the icons.

Maybe few people would notice this since it's not a useful setting to hide the menu bar in full screen when using a notched display. For people like me, who have a notched display and an external monitor, they're probably mostly paying attention to a larger external display and wouldn't notice what happens on the smaller notched one.
