You can find that model with the first gen Core i5/i7 17" for that price. Seems a bit high for a Core 2 Duo. Old used DDR3 laptop memory and small SSD are really cheap too. 180GB is an odd size from the earlier years of SSD. So, that's going to be a pretty old SSD with potentially a lot of wear.

This is a 2009 model so you are getting scammed right out of the gate.

Core 2 Duo Mac is very limited - both OS and hardware....
I'd look for a i5 or i7.

That machine isn't worth $50. First, as avz mentioned, it's a 2009 model, not 2010. Second, none of those machines had Thunderbolt so the seller is confused (or lying) about specs. It has old wifi, old Bluetooth, and the OS tops out at El Capitan from 5 years ago.
