So my local Best Buy store is selling a 32GB iPad Pro 9.7 2016 model for $249.99. The reason being is that it was a display model and some customer came in and locked it. So it now displays " iPad Is Disabled" I'm considering buying it because I hate taking my work laptop home everyday. I feel that this could possibly bridge that gap. I'm already with Apple..as I have a iPhone X, AWS 3 LTE and Apple TV.

In addition, I saw a few youtube videos that said if you restore the ipad via iTunes, you can get around the "iPad is Disabled" message. If I can't I figure, I can take it to the Apple Store with my receipt etc and hopfully they can fix it for me.

Also would this be a better deal over the 2017 iPad 32GB model as well?
