hi everyone I am planning on purchasing a iMac I wanted to make sure if this was a good deal.
He agreed on $120 and says everything works fine etc no cracks or scratches.

Is this a good deal? Also I know it was made in 2007 so worried about how slow it will be.

Depends on what you are going to do with it. You'll be limited as to which operating system versions you can run (El Cap may well be the most recent possible), and with only 4GB memory you'll be limited as to applications. With an SSD and maybe another 2GB memory, it's probably usable for email, general web browsing, photo storage, etc as long as you aren't expecting too much.

In one word no.

It is going on thirteen years of age, with strictly limited memory and graphics, slow old USB2. If you are going to use this online you will become a very frustrated kitty. A much better option is at least a 2012 model with an SSD, improved graphics and USB3.
