I'd also like to know, I accidentally got the power adapter cord stuck under a leg of a chair and I kind of leaned back alittle bit. Is that covered? It's like, flat in some spots.

I think you'd have a hard time getting that replaced...it's clearly accidental damage and not a defect in the cord.

That's what I'm saying...accidental damage is not covered.
The damage you're describing is clearly due to accidental damage and would almost certainly not be deemed by a repair tech to be a defect in the manufacture of the product. And any attempts to make it appear as a results of a defect would constitute fraud.
