Better yet, sell your MacBook on ebay and buy a brand new MacBook from Apple. ...It would be cheaper.
Anything's possible, but it'd be quite a bit of work. It's probably easier and cheaper to simply buy the newer machine, like the wise and hairy EricNau said.
