International student withdrew from classes and is selling the iPad Pro described above for $900. 11 months left on Apple warranty. Good deal or not?

This iPad is one month old and the student is willing to take a $750 drop in price (not taking into account whatever the .edu pricing might be)? That's pretty significant. Will you be able to inspect and try it out first? Unless this is someone you know, I'd want to see proof of purchase.

Update: i inspected and bought it. Like new condition. Immediately put a case on it. Works flawlessly, not blacklisted nor iCloud locked. Data plan transferred from my 2017 iPad Pro 10.5, 512gb to this behemoth!! So excited.

900 for a 1TB cell model? He must have been extremely desperate to sell ASAP. I’ve see 256gb 2020 12.9s go for higher than that. Congrats.
