Just bought the iPhone XS Max 512GB Gold A1921 (MT5J2LL/A). I was wondering if this is a Sim Free Model? and if not, how long does T-mobile/apple will unlock it?

Did you purchase this at the Apple store? Did it come with the sim? If it did not come with a sim when you unboxed it, then it's a sim - free model.

It sounds like it's a sim free model. I have the Sim Free model 512 GB Space Gray XS Max and the part number is MT5G2LL/A
