It's fake. The iPhone is GSM. Early jailbreaks have allowed for users to change the AT&T to Verizon, custom texts and other images. The user clearly could have just recorded a different call on an actual Verizon phone and edited it in there.

No Verizon iPhone...keep dreaming.

I was particularly amused by how the "click here for instructions" link takes you to a dating site :p

I suspect that he gets some sort of reward from that site for everyone that signs up through his link.

Just used the Make It Mine (I think it is called) jailbroken app and changed the carrier name... the 611 thing I'm trying to figure out... somehow put it on speed dial and set it to 611... maybe a jailbroken app for that..

I joined the dating sites service and still didnt receive my Verizon Iphone instructions.
What a ripoff that was :D

I could do this too its called having a camera look at the phone and another iphone to simulate the iphone speaker phone noise(if you noticed it was louder than it should be) and a verizon phone on speaker phone to simulate that as well. All it takes is changing the carrier name and put the iphone on speaker phone and have it on zero volume.....its youtube, believe it when you see it in person

Wow that was fake. The vid was in about 5 clips. MAYBE if it was one continuous clip It may be believeable.

Agreed. No way that was real.

He used an app to change it (as stated above). He is driving website traffic to a dating offer... it's called CPA (cost per action), meaning that he gets paid probably $15-$30 per person that signs up through that link.

yeah if you notice on his "unlocks" page the only clickable link is the one for submitting your email address the "buttons" up top are just images not links.

What is funny is all the comments are of people freaking out because it worked and now they have their iPhone working on Verizon.
