I'm new to Mac computers, I just got a 27" iMac. During sleep mode, sometimes I'll hear it sound like it's trying to start up, but the screen remains black as if it were sleeping. the lights to my gaming keyboard and gaming mouse will light up. After maybe 3 seconds the computer will go back to sleep and the lights of the keyboard/mouse turn off.
