Hello! I bought the grape sport loop last week and noticed there is a very blue line across the lug where the band connects to the watch, is it normal? I’ve only had it a week! Thanks in advance!

I'd say bend the band in half at another point and see if you're seeing the same effect. My guess is it's just the way the band does a 180 degree turn, but you'd need to test to know for sure.

I think it has to do with where the material was cut and fuzed together with the lug. I suspect with any of the multi colored band options in the Sports Loops this is going to be rather common. I think it's kinda cool personally but as noted, if you're unhappy take it back for a refund and pick up another one.

Mines doesn't do that. I can't even see that much if I take it off the watch and bend it completely over.

Some of my loops are better quality than others. Little imperfections.

If you bought in store without store pickup... you will need to exchange in store... or chat/call for 30 minutes.

If you bought online or with store pickup-- a few minute chat should send you a replacement.

Thanks for the replies, I’m more worried it’s a sign the band is separating from the the lug. I’m going to a store tomorrow so will speak to someone then.

My storm grey sport loop has something slightly similar next to the connector. I just assumed it was because the new loops are a little thicker than the original ones.

Mine kinda looks the same way? It is just the threads that stick out are pulled back so it shows the line of the threads under that aren't normally visible because it is pulled back.

Doesn't look as obvious close up and in this picture :/ But that's my guess.

I've had this for almost a year now. Hasn't fallen off yet. :)

Is this similar to you? Did they tell you it appeared like it was defective?

It does look similar, but perhaps not as bad? It may be that the bright colours on the hyper grape make it more obvious. They didn’t say it was defective, just that it didn’t look right so they swapped it.

Sorry for the late reply!
