That's 67 celsius, perfectly normal. If it goes above 85 celsius (185 F) you should start to worry.

Yeah, that's normal, I've hit higher than that on a normal basis when I'm using processor extensive apps.

Mine usually stays somewhere around 118F when the only applications open are Safari iTunes and iChat. When I have other programs or a video chat open the temp jumps up to 130F. The highest I have ever seen mine go is 138F. I keep it elevated all the time and use SMC fan control to keep the fans at a 3000 rpm minimum.
