I recently restored my system (MBA 2012 11") from a time machine backup and noticed that the folder icons were missing from the "save as" dialog of Microsoft Word. I never put much thought into it before the restore and am not sure if it is always like this, or not?
If this is abnormal behavior, is there a problem with OS, or is it just Word? It shows up alright in Finder and non-Office software.

Update #1: Just reinstalled Microsoft Office and the issue still persists.
Update #2: Checked another Mac running ML in the family and it also is missing the icons.
