is this ram compatible/good for a quad core i5 2.8?

I know very little about ram and the new imacs. will this work well or at all with my imac? It's coming tomorrow!

Pc3-8500 is the previous gen imacs. I believe the mid-2010 (i5 2.8Ghz) uses Pc10600.
