I have Late 2012 Intel Quad Core i7 Mac mini with 4 GB RAM. I want to know whether this RAM is compatible with my mac mini. I am planning to buy 2 sticks of it

Probably, but it is
1) Frggn expensive
2) Dumb to buy 4GB sticks. Better get one 8GB and total to 10GB and have room to upgrade again without wasting your now spend money.

Wow. I get frustrated when I look at RAM prices now. I'm just not used to electronics going up in price. This 2x8GB set for my mini cost me $59.99 last December when I bought my mini. It's $120.00 now.

exactly. RAM prices have shooted up. I want to upgrade but the cost is really hitting me
