Is this RAM ok to use in iMac?

Upgrading the RAM on my iMac late 2013 to max 32GB. Is DDR3L RAM safe to use even though it suggests DDR3? Thanks.

Or get this: https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/1600DDR3S32S/. Guaranteed to work in your iMac (but double check the model). It is DDR3L which can use less power than DDR3 because it only requires 1.35V rather than 1.5V (but can work at either 1.35 or 1.5V).
