I'm sorry for yet another ram question I have the 2019 iMac with 8 GB ram. Is this the right one for me? I mean, will it fit in my iMac?

No, those are DIMM modules for full size PCs, for a 2019 iMac you need laptop sized SODIMMs.

In a 2013, I bought Mac Air. I was cooking back then with
8GB of RAM. I still use the laptop for specific non-ram hungry
apps such as MS Office,
My main processor is now a M.Mini M4 with 24GB of RAM,
for design apps.
It is very easy to over spec. you set up.
