iOS is this SDK violation?

Hi, i have simple question regarding violation of iPhone SDK agreement.

Here is an example: my application downloads HTML document from internet and stores it locally, then parses that document by some rule looking for text or piece of HTML code, collects all data then passes that data to some other function in my aplication for processing.

I was wondering if this type of application would be violating agreement, in particular point 3.3.2?

What you're doing is fine, and many other apps do this, including my own!

Rule 3.3.2 of the agreement states that your application is not allowed to install any other application. Also, it is not allowed to run another application by using itself as an interpreter. This rules out console game emulators, for example, and also means that the only way to install applications to the phone is by downloading them through the App Store.

No problem - some parts of the SDK agreement can be a bit confusing.
