Don't buy that, it's 1066MHz and iMac uses 1333MHz now so it would underclock the existing RAM to run at 1066MHz. This should work

If you want 16GB, just buy two of those kits as that would be 4x4GB = 16GB. Call NewEgg before ordering and ask does it work with Macs as that's not Mac RAM (there is no difference really but just make sure because I don't want to advice you to buy wrong RAM)
