Hi all,
First of all, me and my partner have shared one iTunes account for a while now, so we can share our music, purchased apps etc... all thrugh one account.
Now iOS 5 is released, I found a little snag with iCloud, obviously myself and my partner wanted to keep our photo streams, contacts, calendars seperate... but hwo is this possible with one iTunes account that is shared.
The way I 'think' I have managed to achieve this is by firstly setting up my iCloud account on the Apple ID that we have used for purchases etc....
Then after this, I just set up a new iCloud account via Settings>iCloud on the iPhone, this set-up a new Apple ID xxx@me.com for my partner.
So whilst we are still sharing the same Apple ID for purchases etc.... we effetively have different ID's for iCloud mine being my usual Apple ID (xxx@hotmail.co.uk) and my partners being the new iCloud account which we set-up.
Is this the correct set-up in this setting?
Also will this pose a problem when iTunes Match is released in the UK?
Thanks
James
