Is this the slot I need?

I have a 256 GB Micro SD coming my way for a Dashcam and I have to format it. I found directions online how to do this but it was not on the Apple site so if anyone knows it is there I'd appreciate it. But my main question. This is a copy and paste from MBP's info. Can I safely assume this is the slot I need to format the SD? It is a Micro but comes with whatever the 2nd part is I need as well.

Thanks. Adapter is what I meant to say but that is coming with the card. I knew this was the slot but needed to be certain before it arrived. Thanks

I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but even I believe I can avoid this mistake.
